Getting Ready For Parenting Group Class

**This is not a childbirth education class**

This group class series is created to help expectant parents understand what the early postpartum days may look like for their family and how to support their infant's needs during the Fourth Trimester and beyond from biological, social-emotional, and brain-based perspectives.

The group class meets for four sessions, each lasting 2.5 hours. It combines dyadic teaching with self-reflection on your own experience of being parented and collaborative exercises within your partnership to support each other as new parents, moving beyond your identities as a couple.
